This demonstrates once again that being delusional and hopeful and kind (and pray to "god") will not cure the cause of a health problem.

Arthur had no proof to back up some his claims (like Hulda Clark had no proof to back up some of her claims, and like Parazapper has no proof to back up some of his claims)

The sales continue because there are many desperate infected people without any other solution, ready to try anything to get better. (and add to this a pinch of ignorance and gullibility)
