Cavitation Xray Can you see any?

This is a regular X-ray on a site where i had three root canaled teeth pulled. I highly suspect i have cavitation right at this sight i have no clue how one would go about finding them especially with a picture like this nonetheless any advice and a sharp eye would be appreciated.

Id like to note that i did have a ct scan done that didn't show anything
I am trying to find out what scan would be best and most efficient at finding something. I am aware of the cavitat but it is nowhere near where i live. I am planning to get a cone beam ct since i won't have to go through the trouble of trying to get a referral from a regular doctor/physician for a MRI ( i will try anyway). Anyone have any luck with conebeamcts? And i know there are some cavitation specialists that could look at a regular X-ray and spot problems. If anyone has any info on such specialists please contact.
