Praziquantel dose

I would like to take Praziquantel dose of 25mg/kg 3 times per day, ie 6:00 am, 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm, for a duration of 4 days. Rest my liver for 7 days, then repeat dose again 3 times per day for 4 days. I weigh 73 kg; 25mg X 73kg = 1,825mg per dose. 1,800mg rounded divided by 600mg tablets = 3 tablets per dose. Do I take (3) 600mg tablets per dose at 6:00 am, 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm, a total of 9 tablets per day or a total of 36 tablets for the four day Praziquatel treatment? Tweet
