It says coffee here, but caffeine is probably the offender.
Good news is that the permeability fixes itself well if you quit caffeine (as the paper claims). A problem though is that the allergies stay from my experience.
In particular, consuming cow's milk if you're allergic to it or taking NSAIDs, the medications for pain/inflammation, or stress increase gut permeability.
