During the time I ate plant-based, buckwheat, meat, then ate the oat flakes and then the Green Tea, I didn't take any Antibiotics , NSAIDs, artificial hormones, special medications, vaccinations.

I was taking a lot of supplements when I was on the plant-based, buckwheat, meat diet and I don't remember such reactions to the supplements. I don't remember having pain. Then I ate some non-gluten-free oat flakes, had some gas, the next day got a strong reaction from a supplement. I don't remember having such a reaction to a supplement before.

Then I started taking Green Tea. I often felt a lot of pain around my body. There was this sharp pain in different parts of my head and over my body. My diet was gluten-free oat flakes, plants, buckwheat, meat. I developed bad reactions to supplements that were ok during plant-based, buckwheat, meat diet.

I can now repeat the same pain (joint, head, leg, stomach, etc.) I felt when I was taking Green Tea by taking a lot of the supplements. I get the other mentioned symptoms as well.

Actually, the symptoms I get when I now take a lot of the supplements are like Fibromyalgia symptoms. I felt fine, then I took a lot of those supplements and I now feel like someone with Fibromyalgia would feel. See

I get this huge fatigue, brain fogginess, bloated stomach, pain everywhere.

I've had Candida overgrowth all my life, etc. and I was susceptible, but I see this experience as evidence that caffeine and gluten induce allergies (at least to susceptible people. A non-susceptible person might experience the same with enough use). Some stress could have been a factor too of course. Caffeine causes stress by the way. And again, don't forget the other person had the same experience and there are the two studies linking caffeine with increased gut permeability.
