Re: advice needed on steroid usage

i was not letting water touch my lips even while drinking and bathing.

after reading success posts of water curing i am letting water touch my lips during drinking or bathing, but not in routine just when i drink water and bath in morning and evening. not keeping them dip in water for short time.

in college i cannot let water touch them because they will look white and gain attention .

i also have thought that people who got cured from water wetting may have got cured because of chlorine in water and chlorine killing bacteria on their lips.


205083 what water you get at home, from well or from municipal plant.


and after an experiment my lips peeling has increased , so i am reluctant to try creams specially steroid ones.

i am eating parboiled rice and have stopped wheat flour (chappati) and eating homemade yogurt , zero Sugar , and very less spicy foods.
