Hummus got my constipation issues fixed.
They have different flavors of it. Mine is the Red Pepper Hummus.
I eat the whole container of it, about 10 oz. with my favorite crackers.
P.S. Cashews have a regularity effect on me also.
Eat cashews like dessert after your supper.
El cheapo halves and pieces work fine, and cost less than whole cashews.
