Re: Autoimmune Paleo Protocol and Liver Flush

Hi Brightsideoflife and holysin,

Thanks for your inputs,

Yes, my case is one of the most severe ones making me bedridden for nearly 2 years, but after adopting the Autoimmune Paleo diet for more than 1 year while medicating myself with any herbal medications available in my country, I could slowly come back to life.

Almost all references about treating autoimmune disorders come from US, thus providing myself with proposed treatments and supplements are the major obstacles. Indonesia is 10 years lagging behind of this natural health awareness, be it the areas of supplementation, alternative natural tests, standard medical tests etc. And the overly strict government rules on foreign imported goods (including a tiny pack of supplement) just adds fuel to the fire, rendering the sick ones a faster route to declining health.

So far, Google has been my only GP lol. So Im open for any resorts, thats why I joined Curezone hoping to educate myself more, arm myself with whatever weapons I could gather here, and possibly contact those having similar battles with me.

Ive heard about Colloidal Silver but dunno anything much. Can you Brightsideoflife please direct me to trusted links where I could devour more info?

And holysin, you are absolutely correct about leaky gut issues. Im indeed a can of worms, my body is a total mess n I hope God will help me lessen this huge work to recover.

But one thing though, the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol suggests high animal protein intake (legumes n nut based protein are considered pro inflammatory to leaky gut) which indeed helps me in providing nutrition, but now as I started Liver Flushing which often promotes low animal protein diet, Im kinda confused. So, Im asking anyone here please share your thoughts on the dos nad donts regarding this, if any. Thanks

Sending health vibes to all here!
