Had all my amalgam fillings removed without safety precautions. Concerned.
So while living abroad in Taiwan 3 years ago, I thought it would be a wise move to have my fillings removed by taking advantage of the great health care system. ( I was living abroad teaching ESL). I don't have the best memory, but I recall after reading an article about the dangers of
Amalgam fillings, I decided it wouldn't hurt to have it done.
** I have been struggling with ongoing social anxiety, fatigue, chronic stress, insomnia for some time.
I am the first to admit I am not the brightest and most cautious person when it comes to making decisions on my health. I have the tendency to jump the gun and make quick decisions in hope to find quick relief. Not one of my great qualities I know.
So anyway, about 3 years ago, I was referred to a dentist by my Taiwanese friend, (at this time my Chinese wasn't very good). I remember asking him about the precautionary measures that would be taken, and he shrugged it off and assured me not to worry. He quickly went at it, and in the course of a month I had them all removed without a dental dam or special suctioning.
I don't remember noticing any drastic positive/negative changes in my health. It wasn't until after the fact, that I stumbled upon articles talking about the dangers of having
Amalgam fillings removed unsafely.
So..initially I was going to start a detox program, but got overwhelmed with it all, then starting reading about how I needed to have all my fillings removed before doing it. (I have one more left). I decided going the route of chlorella, cilantro is probably the best method given my current health issues.
I must also add that I have a strong belief that I am struggling with SIBO. I have had a lot of digestive issues over the past 6 months following an cycle of doxycycline.
BTW I am a 31 year old male.
I feel my problems are very problematic and I need professional help. I plan to be seen by a naturapath that can hopefully help me get on the road the recovery.
Thank you to anyone who took the time to read this whole post. I know its lengthy and I run on a lot.
