Refrigerate collected urine ?

I am completely new to urine therapy, but am interested in trying the enema. I'm unclear about whether or not the collected urine will need to be refrigerated or not? Also, I am currently doing daily coffee enemas with great results . Wondering if it's it's ok to do both in the same day ? Any additional advice or direction on the subject is appreciated . Tweet
