How to regain the lost facial volume?

Hi!! I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask. Because of aging, I lost my facial volume and my face looks tired. Also, there are unwanted folds and wrinkles on my face and all this is making me crazy. I lost the confidence to go in public. It's kind of really embarrassing, so one of my friends suggested about getting facial fillers to replace the facial volume. I thought of giving it a shot and have scheduled an appointment at med-aesthetics in Vaughan. I just wanted to know about the risks associated with this procedure. Is it worth spending money? Is there any other way to reduce the aging effect?
