Hi, I would highly highly recomend reading the John W. Armstrong, "Water of Life".
He discusses many serious liver cases, with urine and water fasting.

After that read Coen Van Der Kroon, "The Golden Fountain"

Both are free on the internet.
There is also an audio book on youtube with the water of life book.

So the short answer is yes you can surely clear up the liver with UT.

It helps to read up as much as possible.

I just joined this group, but I've been studying and practicing UT for a couple years now.
I've tipy-toed much of the time but still see significant results.
So far it seems everyone's experience is a bit different, my advice is to ease into it and let the spirit move you.
