Re: Can a Low-Salt Diet Actually Be Bad for You?

yes and that works both ways Corey. I have studied with advanced degrees in this subject and also have malignant essential hypertention. It is genetic and believe me I eat a whole food diet with very few animal products except small amounts of fish and chicken more as seasoning. I take appropriate supplements as well. Juice fasting is very helpful as other cleanses. "Ive had bioresonance therapy and acupuncture as well. Don't blow people off quite so easily, any of you. Possibly, you are the ones in the dark.
