Fungus on face, no rash?

I have had growing fungus on my face for two years now. I know normally seb derm causes rashes, but I have not had any rash whatsoever. What could this be? My eyebrows do get flakey, but the main problem is this yellow crust that wont go away. I have even used antifungal creams that did nothing to remove this crust that is attached to my skin. Is this seb derm or some type of fungal growth??
I got this after taking Antibiotics , but I have ruled out candida because I have no symptoms of it. I do have toenail fungus as well. Could getting some oral nystain be the cure to my problems? Tweet
