Dr. Christopher's Herbal Calcium Formula: Ratio of herbs?

Hello,

Would appreciate the comment on the following.

I have been using Herbal Calcium powder and it is helping in cramps and teeth issues!

After looking at the ratio of the ingredients, from a source I got the following ratio of herbs for Dr. Christopher's Herbal Calcium Powder.
6 parts horsetail herb
4 parts comfrey leaf
3 parts oat straw
1 part lobelia herb

Source of the information:
http://www.drmomsherbs.com/2010/10/14/the-household-dentist/

Since the source is not Dr. Christopher's site, I would like to know, if this ratio of herbs is something Dr. Christopher also suggested?

I was looking at another formula for teeth. It has the following ratio of herbs:
1 cup – Black-Walnut hull, dried and crushed
2 tbl – White Oak Bark
2 Tbl – Marshmallow Root
2 Tbl- Peppermint leaf
2 Tbl– Horsetail herb

Source of this formula is also the same link.
Did Dr. Christopher's any of the teachings suggest this formula? If he did, then what this formula is called?

Thank you for your time.
