Kelp is not the recommended source of iodine. There is no way to get enough Iodine from kelp.
The Iodine Doctors recommend Lugols liquid or iodoral caps. Both contain the proper Iodine in the correct ratios.
The problem we have from iodine is that toxins in foods & liquids displace iodine from receptors in our cells. So our cells become loaded with the toxins of fluoride, chlorine (in liquids) and bromide in breads & baked goods. These toxins are so entrenched that doctors recommend 50mg a day of iodine with co-supplements for at least 3 months then drop it down to 12mg a day to keep iodine and prevent further toxins from taking over our cells. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IzFKo-r2-Nn8_z0KUrOhHdlanzSuhkuV3QO03XF6YTY/edit#
