you asked about lip size.

my lips size have changed because of swelling , strecting over last more than 3 years of time.

my upper lip was little in size but it now has became bigger in size just like lower lip.

lower lip has also got bigger in size as compared to before EC.

my lips look bad and awful when they get swollen which they get daily.

so , yes lips gets bigger in size because of stretching and inflammation.
