can folliculitis be invisible???

hi all ,

i loss alot of my hair and my eyebrows too ..my father too have the same problem i think he catch the illness from me.

the doctor said to me it is "folliculitis" but i can't see any pimples in my head ..i just feel my scalpis burning sometimes and itchy and my face is oily and losing alot of eyebrows.

my doctor only see red spots on my scalp through "zoom in" with i phone microscope..but it can't seen with naked eyes.

she give me antibiotic..and i request a biopsy to be sure of diagnosis.

can the follicoulitis invisible on my scalp?? only microscope show it as red spots ??
