Parasite cleanse, digestion: Questions
Hi MH,
I hope you are well.
I am doing parasite cleanse. Taking dwormer, LBB, and home-made probiotic drink. Doing regular liver flushes. Before starting parasite cleanse, I was vegetarian and rarely took allopathic medicines. Have read your book 1 and now reading book 2 and these provided good insights. Based on the suggestions in the books, have stopped sugar, dairy, gluten, any junk food and now making transition to natural lifestyle. I am a male and in my late 30's.
I have following questions. I am very determined to take action on your suggestions.
(1) What supplements or herbs could you suggest to improve mineral and vitamins levels? Due to weakness, I am finding hard to cook. But as you suggest, once have more physical strength then would rely more on natural food.
(2) Do you think that the long term use of Bitters (Gentiana Lutea) and Yellow Dock (Rumex Crispus) has any risk for side-effects or dependence?
(3) Digestive enzymes: Before starting parasite cleanse, my digestive enzyme secretion was normal. For the last 2-3 years, for some reason unknown to me, plant based enzymes have not been working. I had to start taking Ox Bile based (animal based, 45% Cholic acids) digestive enzymes. I have my gallbladder and no surgery for removal is done.
What could be the risk for the long-term use of such animal product based digestive enzymes?
What could be the reason for my body to not producing Ox Bile?
Is there a way to restore the production of Ox Bile in my body naturally and reduce dependence on commercial products?
(4) I also need to take Betanine HCL capsules regularly. Is there a side effect with long-term use? How could I reduce dependence on these?
(5) Which brand of water distiller would you suggest for home use? Should it be reverse osmosis based?
Thank you for taking time to read my message.
Kind regards
