new here please respond on liver flushing and clearing the bowels to bbefore hand

NEW Here I just ordered Oxypowder as I am very fecally loaded and have some much gas in large and small intestines and very bad pressure trapped wind all the laxatives colon preps ect have made me worse so I Ordered Oxypowder as my bowels cant take anything harsh on them I Live constant pain with gas I also find probotics make my gut worse but my gallbladders not functioning and my walls are thickened so think this is why my digsetion is so so poor and weak can any one please tell me what I need to Liver Flush please respond as I WANT TO Start clearing my colon at weekend then start the Liver Flushing GUYS WHAT DO I need to buy for the liver flush???and because my colon gets loaded so quickly should I use Oxypowder with the flush??aslo will the Liver Flushing help my slow bowels and gallbladder???
