Depends how healthy you want to be.
Perhaps if you have autoimmune diseases you need an overhaul, which means gradually changing every part of your life.
Chi Kung if you can do at least 1 hour a day, will do this fast.
Taking herbs and supplements etc... can help here and there ... but in the end you are only tweaking a tiny part of your life and you aren't responding to emotional / mental / spiritual / physical parts of you.
Speaking generally, it seems many people end up taking things for many years and what really changes. Everyone has to own up and tell the truth about this.
But ... if you want to live well until the end of your days, you need more power. Much more power.
You need a systemic solution, you need to change everything, one day at a time.
And believe in being great once again.
In this universe it seems everything rusts on its own. They call it entropy.
And what this means is things go wrong quite easily, but if you want to improve things you have to try 3 times as hard.
Which means you need more power, much more power.
