Starting my first fast and plan to go 5 days. I have a very unhealthy relationship with food and tend to go towards it to fulfill emotions rather than to fulfill nutritional needs. This has caused me to destroy my digestive system over time as i suffer from chronic constipation (small hard stools every other day). I also happen to suffer from skin conditions such as cysts, acne, and facial/scalp dandruff. I am 100% confident that fasting will cure me of these ailments
I will be eating mostly fruit after my fast and avoiding processed junk at all costs.
