Okay Longterm
I will eat wheat day before and on test day morning.
Should i eat rice and soya bean too on test day , because when i eat rice and soyabean my ec gets flare up on upper lip very fastly in 2-4 hours.
And i am using ketoconazole for keeping lips moisturised, is this cream safe for long time use.
