Adrenal fatigue and electrohypersensitivity.

Haven't been on here for a while, but wanted to report back and share that my symptoms have improved 100% in the last year. I did all the usual things like supplements, attending to nutrition etc, but the big difference occurred when I started sleeping under a faraday cage at night( I also have EHS). The removal of the nocturnal stress caused by EMF's has allowed my body to recover in leaps and bounds. My exercise tolerance has increased and I no longer get the aches and fatigue I used to suffer with. I also no longer wake up through the night, or have to get up to urinate. My ultimate aim is to move to a low EMF zone, but thought this info might be helpful for others.
