Hydrogen Peroxide problems

Hi guys,

I want to get others' opinions on something i have going on. I have M.E., bartonella encephalopathy and a pretty bad case of SIBO. If i eat anything with any Sugar or carb value i get intense fatigue and brain fog for several hours afterward.

Recently i tried a small amount of hydrogen peroxide to see if i could kill off some bacteria & yeast in my intestine. I took half of the recommended starting doasage as im really sensitive to nearly everything (1/8 teaspoon in 32 oz water)

Within a minute or two of drinking 4 oz, lights started to get much brighter and i got very tired. I only drank 4 more 4 oz glasses throughout the next 2 days and i had to stop because my brain symptoms were getting out of hand. It's been almost 2 weeks now since stopping and nothing has subsided, in fact many things seem worse. I eat a low FODMAP diet and even eating that, i react so, so badly anytime i eat. Intense brain fog and muscle weakness, confusion almost to the point of psychosis and a tiredness ive never felt. This last the whole rest of the day

If i knew this was a die-off i would have no problem dealing with it and pushing on. However, considering my SIBO symptoms actually got WORSE along with still having photophobia and more memory problems than usual, im not convinced it's that. Plus, ive had die off before and it was nothing like this. Any ideas? Im slightly concerned i may have added too much O2 to a system already high in oxidative stress.

Thank you for any help.
