Taking care of dental filling

How to take care of fillings after getting Dental fillings. These are composite fillings on molar teeth. The brand is Admira Fusion by Voco Lab.

I heard that swishing with Baking soda, Hydrogen Peroxide should be avoided and some of these material could cause dental adhesive to loosen. Not sure how correct is that? How about Himalayan Salt?

Can coconut oil pulling be done after the fillings, if someone used to do these prior to the fillings without any adverse impact? Tweet
