Parasite eggs? Clear and black gelatinous substance, help.

Hello CZ, New to this site and hope this works! I've read great info here, and thank anyone in advance for feedback given. I've been cleansing, one way or another, for about one year now; changed diet upon learning I had a yeast/candida issue, candida focus and cleanse for a few months, now parasite cleanse. Recently I've been finding a few things in my BM I'm looking for insight to; 1) Small white pieces, almost like sand at the bottom of the bowl, that remain post-flush, in the toilet. It seems it's prevalent for a couple days, goes away, then is present again for a couple days. Around the same time this began, I started noticing short thin white string pieces, or fibers, throughout my BM. 2) Recently, I came across clear gelatinous substance in the bowl. Small pieces, smaller than a penny, and I'm not sure how much as I only caught a few here and there by dragging a stick through the bottom of the bowl. 3) Most recently, black and clear gelatinous substance same as above. A few somewhat painful pimples have been coming through recently as well, around neck, temples, ear lobes, etc. Anyone know what these are / what is going on?
