Thanks, Estee. I actually follow a strict Ketogenic diet, which has helped me a lot.

I think I spoke a little too soon about the garlic, though.

I'm definitely reacting to it .. i.e., it makes me feel sicker.

However, I find that it's been exacerbating my hunger issues now. I can go from feeling okay/full to starving again after ingesting one clove.

I'm wondering if this is because garlic possibly lowers blood Sugar (according to some sites), or if it's linked to herxing? It's really annoying. Hard to tell if it's a good thing or not.
