I started this morning...

and ended this afternoon after I went to the Dr. and was diagnoised with an acute ear infection. I have to take the meds and, since the point of the cleanse is to purge your system of these toxic materials, I've decided to differ my 14-21 day Master-Cleanse until after I finish my full course of Antibiotics . Aside from that, the Dr. warned that these drugs on an empty stomach will make me sick...

The good news here is that this gives me 10 days (the course of my Antibiotics ) to go mostly raw, mostly vegan, eliminate caffine (daily green tea drinker) and juice (strictly carrot and wheatgrass) as prep. Does this sound like a good idea to everyone? Any raw and vegan resources? Any other suggestions?
