Have you even read through this forum? Spend some time having a proper read through. There is plenty of information available here - I don't see the point in clogging up the forum with posts that aren't bringing some sort of help/advice/discussion to the table, when the answers to your question are within this forum already. Rant over.

Having said that - I will tell you what has been effective for me. I've been a sufferer for many years, and I find that aquaphor keeps it at bay best. Stays on a lot better than vaseline.

I'd recommend you buy a tube and give it a try - some people don't get on with it because of how shiny it makes their lips. For me, I haven't used anything else in a long time. Let me know how you find it. Hope it helps.
