This will allow you to find them in NYC, and NC. You can call and ask. If they don't, they should be able to recommend one that does.

My holitic dentist felt like he didn't want to deal with my long, twisted roots, so he recommended a dental surgeon.

The dental surgeon bitched the whole time, and said he should have doubled what he was charging me. LOL
