Lesions under my tounge

Hi
I have noticed months ago that under my tounge I have some pimple or skin bumps type thing, so i went to my regular doctor showed him and he said Yea i see you have lesions under your tounge but I dont know what it can be or how to treat it. Your better off going to see a oral surgeon they will know.
He didnt make it seem serious.

I havent gone to the oral surgeon but looking for natural cures i can do. I have a couple time put ACV for a couple min under my tounge and i noticed them more after i rinse so dont know if thats helping.

Any one know any help or treatment or anyone knows a oral surgeon i can talk to or you can ask.
