Teeth problem: Weak enamel, many cavities developing, teeth extracted

Enamel of my teeth has become very weak. Many cavities have developed as a result. Last 1 month, I had 2 teeth extracted. There are more cavities, while I am in the process of getting these filled by a biological dentist, I am worried that soon I would loose many teeth at the age of 39.

I have stopped using toothpaste that has fluoride and glycerine.

Could someone kindly suggest what could I do?
