Sinus problems

Chronic sinus/ allergy/polyps problems. I am on a diet of no dairy, no grains, no sugar. Saline rinse twice a day with navage. Sinuplex from Metagenics used to help but not anymore. So congested and miserable every day. No sence of taste or smell for years. I have had 3 sinus surgeries, the last one 12 years ago. I am almost ready to go again bc I don't know what else to do. :( help... Tweet
