I am drinking enough water. I am 99.9% sure it is due to one of the supplements I am taking.
Also, how long does the Colloidal Silver & Iodine protocol take in order to create an effect? Today is day 4 on both protocols and I don't see or feel a difference in any area whatsoever. Trying to determine if I should continue to buy the silver & supplements or not...
