I don't know it could be real.

If you look at it in slow motion at the 18-22 second mark, you see two people apparently falling down trying to get out of the way, and a young kid hunched down looking at it ready to jump or run. And then what looks like maybe two people in black & in white going under the truck. And others starting to run. And you can hear the band stop playing eventually too.

The person taking the video doesn't seem to even notice the truck coming while he's panning. Could be real in my opinion.
