Over a period of about 5 months, I have been taking organic powdered wheat grass. I have also been eating a lot of fruits 5-7 servings a day.

Wheat grass is rich in chlorophyll, the ingredient that gives plants the green color. Chlorophyll is known to be anti-cancerous because it double's your red blood cells providing for more oxygen. I solely believe the wheat grass was the main contributor to reversing part of my grey hairs.

A perfect proponent of wheat grass was Ann Wigmore. Her students did an experiment by plucking her hair and testing it in the lab to determine if her hair color was authentic. They found no traces of hair dye, so I absolutely believe in the power of utilizing this supplement.
