Growth on forearm

Growth in the middle of forearm. First it looked like a white big pimple had burst and dried off, but when Rita tried to brush it off, there was sharp pain. So I can only think that this has a root. Could this be treated by using essential oils to kill the root? all help greatly appreciated. blessings, Loren Tweet
