Help! is anyone familiar with methylated B Vitamins????

I am not sure if anyone is familiar with mehtylation, but supposedly its your bodies natural way of ridding itself of toxins. If you have a genetic mutation, your methylation cycle is usually compromised leaving you at risk for many disease. First sign of poor methylation is high blood homocysteine.

Per recommendation of my doctor, i have been taking methylated vitamins plus TMG to lower homocysteine levels. I noticed that the TMG was also helping to relieve anxiety. A while ago, i took XAnax and i had never fully healed from it. But taking the TMG REALLY makes a difference. HOwever, i'm noticing my blood pressure is spiking pretty high! Does TMG cause high blood pressure? is this a detox reaction?

I started with a product called homocystex which had 700 mg of TMG. Then i relized that the high B12 was causing problems so i now i take a multi with methylated B's and then take a separate TMG . I started at 750 mg with that product. should i just take a smaller dosage?
