Congrats. We had our third and my wife took 1-3 drops of 2% Lugols a day and our daughter came out gripping, flailing, crying and screaming.

At 11 months her grip strength is mind blowing as is her strength in general.

The pediatrician said that she was blown by her neurological development already and that they don't tell parents but floppy quiet babies are generally lower IQ. She knew we were supplementing with Lugols and said pediatrician herself takes a drop every other day :)

Our third is unvaccinated and wildly healthy, responds to essential oils for things like ear infections and is way more hardy than our first two.
