Help me identify what this is!

Hi everyone!

Last weekend I decided to do a combination gallbladder and Liver Flush following a slightly modified method from sensible health website.

Anyway I fasted for 2 days on nothing but apple cider vinegar and water since I did not want to take apple juice due to the Sugar content and apple cider vinegar is a good source of malic acid.

I didn't go to the bathroom once during the first day of fasting, then at 8pm on the second day I took my first mixture of bile salts.

Shortly after, I passed this lots of brownish jello-ey stuff in my stool. I took a video of it but I am not allowed to link to youtube since I haven't posted enough yet.

Has anyone seen something like this before? I have been treating myself for candida and have been passing lots and lots of candida come out during apple cider vinegar enemas, but nothing that looks like this. I'm assuming that it means that whatever I've been doing is working since I got that out of me!
