Bumpy, itchy, red spots on finger, sometimes weep.

Hey folks.

I'm having this really bothersome issue, not sure what to do about it.

On my left hand, on the right side of my middle finger I have these bumps...

Now bear with me here I'm not being a smart ass, it just happens to be that finger unfortunately *lol* usually this just happens to me in winter, and on a few fingers, always the left. My right hand is immune to this for some reason, now I know detergents and dish soap aggravate it, and I've been careful to avoid getting it on the area. Usually this would clear up in a few days...but it's not and its been there for a month or two. Now I can't use any soap on it or it breaks out and if it gets really agitated it gets all red itchy as heck and gets little bumps that weep. Is there anything I can do to help heal this? I've been battling SIBO and some bad digestive issues too, cleaning up my diet and such so...I can imagine they are related, but hoping there's something I can do to target this.
