new to forum - questions

Hello, I am new to this forum but like many here I suffer from TMAU. I have been looking at the information trying to find anything that works and am just about ready to give up.
I don't want to seem like a downer but most of the diets I have seem appear to be hard to maintain over a long period and it makes it worse that just about everything has Choline in it so you can't really avoid it and even if you could your body needs it. so it becomes frustrating.

I have a question about some of the cures.

a) Black Tea - I heard this can work but does it have to be hot tea or can cold tea work? Sugar or unsweetened? I tried the hot black tea but having to boil tea 3 times a day was just not something I was able to maintain so cold tea would really work better if I could get away with it.

b) Activated charcoal - sill question but is that safe? Had never heard of anyone consuming charcoal before checking these forums. Also I heard it absorbs other medications. This might be a problem for me since I do have another medication I take Glycoprrate in morning and evening since I sweat alot also. Not sure if it will affect that.

c) I've also heard people mention taking chlorophyll but how does it affect our TMAU problem? Is it safe? Any interactions with other medications?

Also where would someone go about buying activated charcoal and or Chlorophyll in the U.S. ?
