Just wondering whether you might have had a shortage of CO2. The focus is always on oxygen but the body needs enough carbon dioxide too for various functions.

Buteyko found that sick people invariably overbreathe and don't hold their breath or slow the breath long enough for the body to get enough CO2. Too little CO2 actually prevents the body from being able to absorb and utilise oxygen properly.

The additional oxygen from the ozonated olive oil may have depleted the amount of CO2 and triggered issues as a result. There are some good videos on Buteyko breathing exercises and the need for enough CO2 on YouTube.... Tweet
