After the pinworm medicine you should do a good laxative and shift through your stool. Often things come out half digested but they can still be a clue. If you place suspicious things on white paper, you can see them better. I think you should get an idea about what you have, before buying/starting meds. Filaria might not be what you have. I would therefore not take the doxy until i am sure filariasis is the diagnosis. Doxy totally destroys the immune system so avoid taking if possible.
