Re: Internal Castor oil 2x a week safe??

ANYthing antioxidant chelates Mercury, it's just a question of making the right nutrient balance so glutathione and metallathione carry it out without damage.

I can't say what I use, Leibnitz. I've learned that clinging to one healing modality leads to heavy issues. I do what's needed for that time according to what symptoms I experience, what lessons I've learned in the past, and what the Holy Spirit and prayer guides me towards.

Fasting's been the most peaceful modality for me during my walk. I learned a lot from Anna Rountree's books, Heaven Awaits the bride, etc. They can be found in full text online. I'm otherwise a big fan of the bible and understanding ancient methods of handling health, especially caution around meats. I love cheeses and eggs and yogurt, but it's best to listen carefully to the reactions the body gives to a meal than to combine a lot of stuff together.

What can I say except healing up the body comes intimately close to healing the emotions and spirit?

Mmmhh.. No, I think it's activation of the entire CNS, with iodine. It needs salt to get into the cells to stay, and it oxidises those that are infected or functioning improperly, because it tags them for removal by the immune system so healthy ones can grow in their place. It's especially hard on infected epithelial cells (iodine is used in every cell of the body), and I get the feeling that amoeba infections (such as infections in the toxoplasmosis family, humans carry several types) can bring on the emotional trouble.
That's why I say taking it slow is important with both iodine, and IMO, mercury toxicities.

Careful diet, meditation and patience can remove it... it's just a question of the right approach! I did describe a lot of the techniques I like in the first post, yus?

If you react to vitamin B supplementation with very dry skin, it's toxoplasma.
It's inositol hexa-nicotinate for Iodine supplementation, which is inositol with niacin bound up with it- what's usually found in fruits and nuts.
