Digestion, gallbladder, arthritis, Anklyosing spondylitis, nausea and fatigue. Need advice!

Hello,

So I have a gajillion problems, I am positive it is from a terrible diet from all my travelling. Mostly fast food and soda. Anyway to make a long story short I developed arthritis. I went to a doctor and have rheumatoid factor and high sed rate and creative protein. I also have the gene hlab27 and AS. My back pain problems go all the way back to my 20s where I threw my back out constantly.

I believe AS couple with a terrible diet led me to Arthritis and many other problems. About a year and a half ago I weighed 316 lbs and was convinced by doctors to get gastric bypass. Well, I decided I did not want to do that and began to change my diet and fasted with a lot of research. My research never came across getting gallstone. So now I have a gallstone and I have a lot of problems with digestion. For awhile I had diarrhea or constipation at random and couldn't go out or do anything. After while of dieting and losing weight my bowels are a little more controllable but still not normal.

I had an ultrasound and I have one stone that they saw near the duct. I know it is there because I can feel it all the time. It isn't terribly painful but it's annoying. I mainly have problems with constipation, and seems like it takes days for food to digest.

Right now my diet is chicken and fish with kale, chard, avocados, olives, pickles, sauerkraut, carrots, blueberries, apples, raspberries, grapes, broccoli, beets, flax milk, coconut oil, bone broth, bananas, tomatoes, and that's about it. Every now and then I get gluten free pizza or tacos. I avoid gluten, dairy, and any added sugar.

I am taking these supplements for over a year. Fish oil, turmeric, glucosamine, chondroiton, msm, ox bile salts, vitamin d3 and a long list of digestive enzymes.

I will be starting rowachol, interfase, glutamine, and montmorency tart cherry juice this weekend.

I am down to 240lbs but have recently flared up with back pain that is bad enough to keep me in bed for almost 2 months now. So I haven't been able to exercise or work or anything except focus on my diet. Currently, whenever I take bile salts my gallbladder lights up and I feel it doing something. Whenever I eat I feel disgusting with belching and gas so I refuse to eat out with anyone despite my healthy choices.

I am always nauseated and fatigued to the point where I can't even get up from bed. I have to fight with myself constantly to go to the bathroom or move from my bed to my desk or to walk my dog. It seems like all that takes the life out of me. Then I can't sleep for more than 3-5 hours at a time. I used to sleep 8-10 hours every night and really miss that.

I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Anklyosing arthritis. Although I am sure that I do not have Rheumatoid Arthritis and everything is related to AS and digestive problems. A doctor mentioned I may have high levels of mercury but do not know where they found this as o haven't been tested for it. I do have silver filling in 3 teeth and plan to have them removed for compositors as I can afford it.

Right now I would just like my digestive system to get in check, I am so sick of feeling nauseated and weak all day every day. I rarely have a good day anymore. If I do then it's full of pain from inflammation.

I wanted to know if there are any other things I should be doing to help my digestive system? I don't know what else can possibly help besides the supplements I am getting this weekend. I have eliminated all the foods that trigger pain or make my stomach worse. Most of that had been bread, mangos oddly, dairy such as milk or cheese, the worst pain comes from bacon and eggs.

I do take 5-10mg of prednisone every day otherwise the pain is too much and my tongue swells and I can't function much at all. It makes losing weight very difficult but I am afraid to lose anymore and form more gallstones. My doctors are wanting to start me on humira which I am afraid of, the side effects for that are twice as scary as prednisone which I have been on for nearly a year now off and on. I haven't stopped taking it for several months now.

I do drink only purified water or core water or electrolyzed water when available. I do not drink coffee or sodas or milk and rarely any juice. I eat very little and do not lose weight unless I fast. I blame prednisone for that and wish I could get off it as if I could I feel like I would drop weight fairly easy.

My goal is to get on consentyx for AS, and hopefully heal my stomach, and get off prednisone so I can lose weight and hopefully get back to walking normally again.

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated and greeted with a warm welcome.

By the way I ordered a ubiome kit which should arrive shortly so I can find out what bacteria is rolling around in my guts. I had an h pylori infection which was eradicated with amoxicillin and some clavumanate or whatever Antibiotics which seemed like it was killing me for nearly 3 weeks. I no longer have this infection. I was also on minocycline twice to attempt it as an Arthritis treatment but I could not handle the headaches and dizziness. I was also on Meloxicam for months which only helped with pain and seemed to make my life worse.

I have made slight progress with my diet changes as I feel lighter and I am able to actually open and close my hands as before I could not. Right now they are swollen but I am able to use them. I am slightly better off because of it.

Anyway, that's all I can think of to give information about these terrible diseases I have brought upon myself. I am slowly digging myself out of the death trap. I have researched everything on my own so far and have had very little help from doctors at all. So I hope that I can find some advice here.
