Some highways in Montana are so flat and straight they appear to drop off in the distance. You will never get to that point where it drops off. Just keeps moving. Always figured it was curvature of the earth.

How about tall bridge supports that are so tall and far apart they are farther apart at the top than the bottom when they both are perfectly plumb.
