Mirena IUD Removal Severe Fatigue

Hello Everyone, I'm new to this site and looking for some support. I had My Mirena in for 3.5 years and had it removed May 4th of this year. Ever since then I have had the most severe, crushing fatigue I've ever experienced along with brain fog, which starts a few days before my period and lasts into the week after my period. My periods returned to normal right after removal. I had severe tingling in my lower legs and hands that started after removal but we thought it was due to a B-12 deficiency so I started B12 shots. They helped for a couple weeks but as soon as my PMS week started the tingling and fatigue came back. Anyone else have this experience? Just wondering how long it takes for the fatigue and tingling to get better. Does anything help?? I work with a naturopath and eat extremely clean (no sugar, gluten, dairy, processed foods). I've also discovered I have leaky gut and candida so I'm working on that as well.
Thank you all in advance!
