Okay folks, for starters I have been taking 1 tsp of Bentonite mixed with 1 tsp of Psyllium in water for last 2 days in the morning after about 1-1/2 hrs. of taking my routine wake-up coffee. After another hour or so, I take my light breakfast.
I haven't felt anything thus far other than slightly fuller and not sure what to expect right after (or a little later) taking the clay mixture. Are there any noticeable signs that tells oneself of something's happening?
